In case you forgot your password, you can easily reset it using our online platform by following these steps.
a). Click on the forgot password button that is found on the log in page. (Locate right below the “Log In” button.
b). On the pop up window, enter your user name (which is your registered phone number) and click on the send code button. You will receive an sms code in your inbox.
c). Enter the received code on the 1st slot provided, and choose a new password you wish to use. Verify the password on the last text box then click on change password button. Your password will be changed and you will be able to log into your account using the new password.
