“Handicap” is an advantage in goals (baskets, points, percentages or other quantities related to the event that is the subject of betting) for a sporting event that is predetermined and presented to the player in the bookmaker’s offer.
The final outcome of a handicap event is formed by adding the number of goals, baskets or points marked as a handicap to the number of goals, baskets or points actually scored by the team to which the handicap was given.
Example
Unix – Siena 83:85, Handicap +3.5
In this case, for the final outcome of the game within which the odds were offered, outcome 1 was won.
If the handicap was taken into account, the result would be Unix – Siena 86.5:85.
