This is a chat bot that is there to assist you on various issues that concern betting on our platform. This module is launched by clicking on the chat icon that is normally located on the top right corner of our site.
Upon clicking the chat icon, a pop up window will display where you will be required to feed some information like your preferred name and actual phone number. Click the start chat button to initiate a conversation with our bot.
After dully filled the information required on the above window, click on the start chat button. A window will open with several options where you may click and select the category on which you want to have an issue. If you have a more specific question that is not part of the list, you may text on the text box at the bottom of the window and the chat bot will connect you to an agent whom you will be able to converse with via instant text messaging tool.
