Clicking on the Ticket Status option opens a form in which you need to select the card that corresponds to the type of ticket you want to check – Check Betting Ticket or Check My Number Ticket.
Enter the ticket code in the white field and click on the Find ticket option. When entering the ticket code, it is very important to enter it in the same format as it is on the ticket itself. It can be a code of 16 digits, in the format XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX or a code with dashes, in the format XXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX, where in that case dashes are also entered.
