If there is a technical problem with downloading the results from the official OPAP website, and the ticket is for a car during the interruption of the service for downloading the results, such tickets will be active for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they will be processed and transferred to an adequate status (win/lose). If the service does not work after 24 hours, such tickets will be declared winners with odds of 1.
16. If the organizer of the draw – OPAP does not announce the official results (according to the order in which the numbers were drawn) within 24 hours of the last published results according to the order in which the numbers were drawn, the tickets for that round are declared winning, with odds of 1.
17. If OPAP publishes the numbers exclusively in ascending order, the tickets in those draws for games Greek Keno 2-5 are declared winners with odds of 1.
